This comprehensive and engaging educational tasting course to discover the wonderful world of extra-virgin olive oil started in Rome, at Regina Hotel Baglioni, and ended in Tuscany, one of the major production territories, with our Journey in Search of the Places of the Olive Oil of Excellence. Throughout the countryside covered with olive groves, parish churches and abbeys, we met the Lords of Olive Oil that for years and years have been running their oil mills to create our best products of excellence.
